ORDER STATUS
My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you’re still unable to track your order, please email us at customercare@johnnyvincent.com.
TURNAROUND
Please use the following time-table to compute the average length of time from order placement and receipt: Processing: Please allow 3-6 business days for all orders. Manufacturing: Please allow up to 7 business days for orders containing custom items.

We ship all merchandise via the US Postal Service. We will contact you via email on the day that your order is shipped. Please expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days thereafter.

OUR POLICIES
- PRIVACY — Your information is collected strictly for the purpose of completing your order. It will never be shared with any third party. We keep your contact information for purposes of our mailing list and informing you of upcoming promotions, however, we do not retain any credit card information once your transaction is complete.
- RETURNS — Returns are not accepted on dresses as they are made based on sizes given at the time the order is placed. Swimwear can be exchanged for a different style or size as long as the hygienic strip is still in place and the tags have not been removed. All returns must be pre-authorized. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at customercare@johnnyvincent.com.
